I am so appalled at this salon. I just moved to OC from NorCal and I have been getting lash extensions for 1.5 years now. I read great things about this salon and decided to take the plunge, and oh was I wrong. I paid 300 $ for my first installation of lashes. The full volume, thinking they were going to be thick and voluminous. But nope. Sat up and they looked thinner than the usual mink ones. My stylist put more in but afterwards things felt very tight around my eyes. Which is unusual but I just thought it was because I haven’t had them on in a bit.
Woke up the next morning in agony. Literally couldn’t open my eyes. I called the salon over and over again and no one returned my calls. Ended up getting hold of another lash salon and the girls were kind enough to help remove my lashes in between their appts because my case was so severe. The manager even came to see me on her day off to make sure I was ok. She said the lashes were glued to my eyelids! And if any of her girls put lashes on their client like that. They would be fired immediately. After two hours they were able to remove them. I was still swollen and in pain for a week Still keep trying to contact the salon to try to work things out and they have been ignoring my calls. Reporting them to the BBB.

Really like their set up its clean, cute and cozy. I would definitely refer this place to my friends. I love my eyelash extension and the mink ones they use are super natural looking!

I have gone to Wink since I decided to try lash extensions for my birthday in February !! Megan is very precise and my lashes look perfect every time! I wake up feeling pretty and spend less time getting ready! If your looking for someone with a true passion for lash extensions, Megan is definitely your girl!

Love this place! The cute and cozy setting is adorable and the girls who work here are all welcoming and friendly. Megan is amazing. She knows her business and boy does it show. Look no further if you are shopping for a new lash boutique! Megan and her girls are top notch!

Winking is a mandatory part of life! I’ve been going to wink since they first opened and it’s always nothing but the best service, great energy and beautiful environment. The girls are kind and incredible lash technicians. I’ve had my lashes done by all the girls (Megan, Sam, Jackie, Kelly) and trust me when I say that you can’t go wrong with any of them! My lashes are always on point and I’m constantly getting compliments on them.

I’ve gotten my lashes done here for years. Megan is sensational she does an awesome job and her salon is so cute. All the staff is so nice and welcoming, even when I need a fill done in a pinch they always squeeze me in. I highly recommend wink lash!

I get my lashes done by both Kelley and Jackie and they are both super friendly and their lashes are beautiful ! Nice, cute, quiet environment and comfortable while getting my lashes done. Great job and easy to book online! I really liked how easy and convenient it was to get my lashes. I have moved far now so it is harder but I would say, worth the drive!

This place is amazing, very comfortable. The staff is so nice they answer any and all questions. They make you as comfortable as possible, I recommend this place especially if you’re a first timer.

I have been getting my lashes done by Kelley for about 6 months now. I am so in love with my lashes! They make me feel alive! ;) Not only do I love my lashes, I also love Kelley for always being so attentive to my needs and making me feel completely comfortable. Kelley is the best! Can I say WOW!!! My lashes look absolutely amazing! Jackie did a fantastic job. I got the mink lashes per her recommendation since they’re not as heavy as regular lashes. They are more expensive but totally worth it. They feel great and look great. I am now a regular, can’t wait to go back. Get your lashes done here, you won’t regret it. The location is a little hard to find so give yourself plenty of time so you’re not late.

I have gotten my eyelashes done here a few times and I’m pretty happy with the results, my favorite eyelash lady is Kelly! She is the one that I usually leave pretty happy with. When she does my lashes they last so long and they are always very even on both sides. I will defnitely keep coming back, the lashes make a nice difference and really open up your eyes.

Jackie is fabulous! She always produces a great, natural but impactful result. I feel like she listens to what I want and I really appreciate that the beds are comfortable (not always the case in some lash studios) and that they are always prompt (again, some places leave you waiting for ages). There’s lots of parking so it’s a pretty relaxing experience from start to finish. I get refills with mink lashes (which I recommend) every 2 – 3 weeks.

I Love Wink lash studio! I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 4 years now and this is by far the best studio that i’ve been to! I’ve had both Jackie and Kelley lash me before and they are equally amazing! I love that they take their time and don’t rush, they truly get every single lash! the products they use look VERY natural and the glue doesn’t irritate my eyes, like some lash salons can! They are super friendly, helpful and professional… and what a cute little salon! I’d highly recommend requesting either Jackie or Kelley to hook up your lashes!

My first time at winks was a pleasant visit. However, it is really tricky to find since the studio is a tiny unit upstairs & there are no signs leading to it. My technician was Jackie and she was super sweet & did an excellent job. I got a mink full set that lasted almost two weeks. Within the first 3 days of having them 8 lashes had fallen out, not sure if that’s normal or not but you could not tell. Great quality lashes that look so natural! But $ 180 is still a bit expensive for me.

I have a hit or miss experience.
Samantha was my eyelash technician and she is extremely sweet. I also asked to get the mink lashes.
My first time experience with her didn’t go too well. My eyelash extensions fell off at an abnormally fast rate after the 2^nd day and in clumps where many would be suspended on my lashes. The eyelashes also itched a lot. I figured maybe it was because she had to rush since I was 10 minutes late and my natural eyelashes may be rejecting them. However, they were gracious enough to offer me a free touch up.
I came back again for the free touch up and this time it was an amazing experience. She took her time in re-​doing my eyelashes and I noticed she thoroughly checked through my eyelashes again to make sure they were all intact and properly glued. The lashes lasted up to 2 weeks and fell off normally.
I came back again after about 2 weeks. But this time it felt like she struggled through my lashes. 3 times my eyes burned during the process. I told her about it the 2^nd time it burned and she would puff some air to relieve the burning. The 3^rd time my left eye burned like crazy. Strange she didn’t comment or ask if I was okay. Still, they looked really nice as usual afterwards. But at the end of the day I noticed my left eyelashes were sticking in different directions.
It’s been about a week and my poor left eyelashes are barely there while my right is still holding up beautifully.
I would have rated this place 5 stars because of the exceptional job Samantha CAN do. Don’t forget the place either! It’s a cute and comfy place. I love the décor.
For now I will give it a 3 stars because of the inconsistencies.
TL;DR
Samantha does an awesome job IF she takes her time. If done correctly, the lashes will last for 2 weeks before having noticeable gaps in your eyelashes from the lack of eyelash extensions. 2^nd time experience was amazing and painless. 3^rd time. Not so much. My eyes burned during the process. I now have a giant gap on my left eye while a fairly full looking eyelashes on my right– this is barely after 1 week.
On the bright side, I do notice they have a good handful of regulars here who are committed to come in every 2 weeks for touch ups– which means a good number are satisfied with their service. I just wish my experience was consistent.
