Mr. Huff believes that having an attorney who is passionate about the resolution of criminal issues is essential to reaching an optimal resolution of your case.

His passion for criminal work began early in his legal career while interning at the Office of the Public Defender in Newport News, Virginia. There, he developed his commitment to providing a vigorous defense for every client, regardless of their income.

Mr. Huff is particularly concerned when a non-​US citizen is charged with a crime. Therefore, he works meticulously to minimize the immigration consequences of a criminal charge.
