Our motto is not a new thought but rather an old, core values principle. «No one will care how much we know until they know how much we care.» We are here to help our customers with any electronic issue they my have. From, «How do I print an email on Windows 8.1?» to, «My smartphone fell and broke the screen can, you fix it?». We are here to be a positive influence in our community and assist our customers. New customers know as soon as they walk into the door that they’ve found a uniquely old-fashioned shop that specializes in empowering our customers with self assurance. 90% of our customers have been referred to us by others that have used one of our various services. We are a family business and with that being said, we think of our customers are part of our family. It really shouldn’t be any other way. The road we are on in this digital age may be tough alone. History
Established in 2013.
I moved up to the Oregon Coast From the San Fransisco Bay area to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I grew up in a small town and wanted to provide that same type of life for my family. I also didn’t care much for the overall selfish mentally the majority of people had and wanted to live in an area where I could contribute and help those that would appreciate it. The reason I started my business was because of my Father. He is the type that will hit the wrong button on the tv remote and then put the controller down, pick up the phone and call me over to fix it. It was his idea for me to open this shop because there wasn’t anyone on the coast that was as diversified as I am in troubleshooting anything electronic. He also knew that I have always been the «helper» in the family and opening this business has been a perfect fit. I’m very humbled and honored to be in the position where i can help those that not only need it, but will appreciate it as well. Thank you Lincoln County!
