Doctor Loiselle and his staff are wonderful. They are so careful to not cause pain or discomfort of any kind. Doctor Loiselle is accommodating, honest, and attentive. In the years my family has been going to his office none of us has had a single complaint. The office is extremely efficient and the hygienist is wonderful! I highly recommend this dentist.

Unilocaler that I am, it was the previous two reviews that led to my daughter’s appointment and the visit could not have been better. Her teeth were in dire straits as she has been living a life that didn’t include taking care of her teeth for some time. Let’s just say that her priorities were out of whack, WAY out of whack. And then, after spending some time out of society and in a state of using Oragel as often as she could, and over several months finding herself in a state of having her priorities very much IN order, she desperately desired to get some dental help. Because she was going from one facility to another, and need a lot of work done, they blocked off as much time as they thought she could take to get as much done as possible with plans to finish after 90 days. Is all that clear? Daughter was very anxious about pain. Office was clean and new and nice without that sterile feeling. Coffee, tea, water bottles and an awesome mission statement were all a part of the waiting room. They took her back for inspection and Dr. Loiselle aka Scott thought that he would probably have to pull several teeth and recommended implants over root canals due to high caries risk. They sent me back to waiting room while they inspected in detail to provide an estimate of cost for approval before beginning treatment. I could hear the hygienist, Stevie, communicating with her client in another room and became impressed with how well she explained everything she was doing. i later found out that she is in very high demand and well-​booked into the future. They are looking for another dental hygienist and are holding out for a good fit to add to their team, according to Scott. P. S. i think it would be a great place to work. Dr. Scott was just an awesome guy! Very kind and communicative, he was able to put my daughter at ease after about 2 hours (it was a 3 hour appointment!) She said he was great at giving shots and very gentle, that she eventually gave up straining and clenching and relaxed with trust. As it turned out, he didn’t have to pull a single tooth! He filled five teeth in all and gave her a special rinse and toothpaste to shock the pH toward becoming more alkaline, which apparently is a good thing and will help toward rebuilding her fragile teeth. He also said to never drink Mountain Dew or Mellow Yellow or other citric acid containing soft drinks — they are the worst. Again, all the staff were so caring and wonderful: Amanda was so helpful in scheduling this type of special appointment and was a whiz at everything that needed her help while we were there. There was a new front office gal who was learning and nice. Later on in the evening, Scott kindly called to check on my daughter and reiterated what to expect in the days ahead, explaining that the next day would be the worst and it would be okay to add acetominophen to the ibuprofen for a few days to help with the worst of the pain. he said we could always call with any questions or concerns that come up. It was a super good dental experience and couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and high standard of care.

I got a brochure in the mail with a promotional offer for new patients. I just happened to be new to the area and looking for a dentist so I made an appointment. I ended up having to reschedule it and also got on a list for an earlier appointment should one come up. All of my phone calls and interaction with the gals at this office were top-​notch. They’re friendly, helpful and clear.
When I finally did make it in, I found the facility to be clean and comfortable and especially liked that I could fill out my paperwork online. It only took a few minutes and once I was there, I didn’t have to wait or deal with stupid clipboards and forms. Nice!
My hygienist was Stevie and she is amazing! First of all, she’s really good at her job. She was incredibly clear about each step, what was going to happen and what it meant. I liked that. But she’s also funny and made spending time in a chair with my mouth open as entertaining as it can be. Plus, my teeth were so clean when she got done! Just gorgeous.
I didn’t have any issues so I didn’t spend very long with the dentist but he was friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. The whole office was welcoming. I really liked this place. Got my free toothbrush and floss and paying was quick and easy. All in all, a breeze.
