We spent two nights in room 312 and we’re not disappointed. Great view, well stocked kitchen, and we could have our dog with us! The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys were great help too with the DVD player and a fan. I would recommend this place and would definitely return!!!

I found out about a 20% off special for the month of October, and when I called to make sure I qualified, I was told they would take care of it during my stay. After my stay, I looked at my bill and received no such discount. I immediately called and asked for the discount to be given to me, and asked for a refund, and was told that was impossible because they would have to check me into and out of a room again, and they just «couldn’t» do it. Instead, they sent me a free one night stay in a one bedroom condo, which is not even applicable during the months of June, July or August. My next stay is in June, when the Newport Marathon takes place. Gee thanks for nothing. Make sure you get the discount being offered before you fork over any type of payment. Not sure I will be staying here again.

Had a good stay, but I’ve had far more comfortable furniture at lesser-​priced hotels. The only comfortable piece of furniture in the living area was a brown recliner. The couch (hide-​a-​bed) and matching chair were both horribly stiff and not relaxing. Luckily, we were only there for the night. We did get a good rate on the room, and I could see how people would like to stay here for an extended stay. The views are really very good.
If you’re looking to stay for less than 3 nights, I would recommend a hotel with a mini kitchenette as you’ll likely not use the full kitchen, etc anyways.
Maybe this rating is a little harsh. I could see how this could be a nice community to live in, but as far as tourist accommodations, I’d rather be in a more traditional hotel.

What a great resort. From the time I called and got to the lobby and checked in and got to our room, we have loved every minute. We’re in room 217, and it is beautiful the owner has it decorated so cute we’re considering buying here. My room is fabulous and we have a very comfortable bed and a bathroom and a half. My son is very comfortable on the hide-​a-​bed. Full kitchen and maid service daily. Great price, especially for the middle of summer. All the rooms look out over the harbor and have gas fireplaces. Also new TV’s in the bedroom and living room. If we don’t buy here we would difenitly stay here again and highly recommend to our family and friends.

Location at the Landing at Newport is perfect. Easy walk to the boardwalk with shops and pubs. The Landing has Condo’s in the rental pool. Very clean and staff is friendly. Like I said «location!». Balcony looks over the bay and perfect view of the Bay Bridge. Easy to walk to the boardwalk and go crab. Good place to go for a walk or run.
