Good on them for the positive reviews, sucked me in, but when you basically do a battery replacement for $ 400 because AAA could not properly diagnose, that’s messed up. Resetting the car’s electrical system does not make up the difference on an honest price for a battery, sorry guys.

Hole in wall location off Beacon St in Newton Centre. Was looking for reliable honest place that I wasn’t feeling like I was going to get taken for a ride w some fixes needed for my car. John (owner?) is great guy, straight shooter and was great to work with. They get busy sometimes, so call ahead for apt – but he helped trouble shoot issue w Jeep Cherokee that was driving me nuts. Charged me v little for fix. Took other car there for new brakes (which it definitely needed). As someone who knows little about cars, above all I want to feel like I’m not getting bilked – and the crew at here was great/​friendly and reasonable $$ – especially relative to dealer prices for same fix. Kind of stumbled upon them via Unilocal and being new in neighborhood – glad I did.

I need more stars for these guys! cannot say enough good things about them.

This review is for Aaron. My BMW X3 and I have been his loyal customer for the past 2 years. This guy knows everything, and never tries to rip you off. Sometimes he even fixed a few minor problems for free. I have tried a lot of places before, but I really don’t think I will find any other guy this good and honest.
About the price, it’s not cheap, but not expensive at all. You can expect good value and great customer services. Don’t buy a BMW unless you live nearby this guy’s shop.

I have not gotten my car serviced here — so this five star is not on performance but is based on customer service.
My car had a radiator hose leak and I needed anti-​freeze so I could drive my car to a garage. Since I don’t have a car I had to walk somewhere and grab anti-​freeze and called this place up.
They said to come over and I could buy some from them. I showed up and it was given to me. I walked in and explained my situation — all I had was a credit card but because it was such a small amount they said it was on the house or I could come and pay them back later.
I will definitely be going back there later and paying them, but this type of gesture is what makes customer stay. I applaud them.

This place is a hidden gem when it comes to auto service. They always take care of what is needed without giving me a list of work that isn’t needed, all at a fair price.
Their main focus seems to be European cars because that’s all I see there when I bring my BMW.
It’s nice to have a mechanic you can trust, and these are the guys I can count on.
