Newton Taxi Company

I had really bad experience going from Newton Center to my house which is like 5 min drive or 30 min walk. It was heavy rain and i was tired so decided to use their taxi plus they are really close to train station. There was lot’s of car on parking lot but no drivers and when i and my friend went to find representative because nobody was answering on phone we didn’t find anybody. after 20 min wait we finally get our taxi. The most rude drivers i ever seen. That was a mistake using their service. It took him 15 min to get to my house. He was taking long way and when i try to point him where he need to make a turn we wouldn’t listen to me. So basically he was making long trip and i pay $ 15. It’s a lot. I hate when one driver destroy company reputation. But i will never use this taxi again.
