Our food is honest, it’s real food, no junk added, made from scratch, as local as possible (sometimes our own backyard) and organic when possible, because we believe you are what you eat. The café is entirely gluten-​free, with dairy-​free and vegan options, for those with sensitivities and celiac disease. For those of you without sensitivities, you won’t even miss it! Our menu rotates daily and seasonally to keep it fresh, exciting and sustainable.

Our coffee is serious, we offer a traditional espresso bar, french press, pour over and cold brew. It’s organic, fair-​trade, locally roasted, roasted fresh, and so, so tasty! We even make our own «honest flavors» with organic sugar.

History

Established in 2015.

Remedy Café is located inside Healthy Treasures, a natural food store locally owned and family operated for over 20 years. The store has grown from a small one woman operation to a full blown natural health clinic, offering the highest quality supplements, a nice selection of gluten free foods, expert staff and now a café! Remedy Café is totally gluten free and our coffee is organic and roasted locally.

Our family has always been health conscious, but things changed when family members were being diagnosed celiac and gluten intolerant. Our whole method of cooking and eating had to change. Through years of experimenting and lots of research on the science of cooking, we were able to develop excellent recipes. After years of sharing tips and trick over the phone and hosting mini cooking classes, we decided it was time to start a café.
