Business Owner

Lisa brings twenty seven years of experience to The Design Team, twenty three years as the owner and principal of the salon. A Master Stylist and Colorist, she produces superb results. Behind the chair, Lisa is recognized for her technical skills with cutting and shaping, and for her extraordinary expertise with color and color correction.

Lisa is a graduate of Blaine, has studied with Goldwell, Redken, Matrix, Surface, Aquage, and is certified in Keratin Complex by Coppola.

Debbie highlighted my hair (my natural hair, I grew out any previous highlights I have had) and it came out absolutely stunning and perfect! She styled it very well too. I wanted natural, subtle highlights and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was not pushy for product (I didn’t buy any) or cutting my hair. AMAZING! I will be back! Thank you so much!

I second the first reviewer… Lisa! For sure! There are also other great hairdressers at this salon but Lisa is by far the best. She is the owner as well so it is her amazing energy that goes into this place. It is a relaxing and welcoming environment, stylish yet not pretentious. Great location with tons of parking in the back. Reasonably priced and easy to get an appointment (a little harder with Lisa because she is in demand… you would want to leave yourself a couple week window). Design Team… you rock!
