Echo Bridge Serv Sta

I work across the street and picked this garage based mostly on location. What a happy surprise to get friendly, honest, and fast service, too. Mike called with an estimate sooner than expected, the final price matched the estimate, and my car was ready nearly 2 hr sooner than expected. I was definitely be a repeat customer!

I have been going to this service station for gas, tires, belts, hoses, repairs etc. for at least 20 years. They are very honest & down to earth. It’s a good old fashioned gas station you can trust.

I called Echo Bridge Service Station today to get a price quote on replacing (or rebuilding) a starter and spoke to Eddie. Over the phone he was polite and courteous and actually called back promptly and gave me the best price for the starter replacement on the Toyota Highlander of the 3 shops I called in the area. He said it would take about an hour and said he could do it today, which is exactly what we needed!
We brought it over to the shop a little while later (around 3pm) and were surprised to then find out they couldn’t do it today as they said over the phone and that we «should probably just go someplace else.» I then asked if we left it could we just pick it up in the morning. I was told that it would take at least a couple hours and they might be able to have it done by tomorrow afternoon and again that it «would probably be better off going elsewhere.»
After being told that for a 2^nd time in the conversation we could take a hint. We went to Parker-​Levine Auto Repair close by in Needham where they were able to do the work today, and even gave us a better price. I’ll be sure to «just go someplace else» anytime I consider going to Echo Bridge Service Station.
