in 1981 we moved to our own building at 1015 Washington Street in Norwood.

Poirier Sales and Service is amazing. Thanks to Jimmy Tieso who rescued me right before a big holiday when my microwave suddenly broke down. He arranged for a super-​speedy delivery and installation. Then, when I realized on the day of delivery that I was especially short on time, he himself went to Norwood to pick up my new appliance so that the installer would save time. So professional and responsive! I cannot recommend this place any higher and will always make my purchases here.

Great sales and just as importantly service. Had to replace a 15 year old sub zero with another one (rather than spend $$$ repairing such an old model). Jim Tieso did a great job securing a customer return that was essentially brand new which saved some money along with arranging a first class installer (it needs to be secured to the wall as it is almost 500 pounds). Service to replace a broken self was first class as well. So we will buy other major appliances from them as our 16 year old range and wall ovens start to fail. By the way, they service so many high end brands that they can honestly advise us on which are the most dependable with parts available

Poirier’s service is fantastic! Our Bosch dishwasher door and tray were making grinding sounds. Tyler, your service-​man went above and beyond to remedy the problems. He was very courteous and really listened to our concerns. The fact that we have a service contract, made his visit very worth-​while for us.

I has a broker Fisher Paykel dishwasher on my hands. Called the manufacturer and they recommended Poirier. I called and it was an exceptional experience from the outset. The person (Melissa I think) who manages service calls was fantastic and helpful.
Nick, the repair person showed up on time and courtesy was shown to my scheduling needs. Nick was smart and very attentive to trouble shooting the situation. He easily could have complicated matters but seemed only interested in solving the problems in as professional and customer centric way as possible. He was caring, thorough and respectful throughout. Best of all he was willing to teach me a thing or two so that I could try to figure things out next time!
It is a huge relief to have a service company to call that has such trustworthy employees. Bravo to Poirier and thanks to Nick!
