I took a valuable vintage 1950’s Hawaiian shirt(Alfred Shaheen) for a delicate repair. The repair was well done, but the shirt’s label… the very identity of the shirt, was gone… lost. Instead of an apology and a refund, I was told that it didn’t matter and that a missing label wouldn’t have anything to do with the value of the shirt, even after I showed them a nearly identical shirt that I had just sold. The tailor pointed out the slightly frayed sleeve hem, not realizing that a shirt like this, even in tatters, would still retain some value if the famous label was intact. The tone-deaf attitude I got was amazing from«professionals» that are supposed to understand clothes. That attitude is what inspired this negative review. If I’m lucky enough to find a label, you can bet I’ll take it elsewhere for repair.

Amazing! Took in a dress that was hard to alter and made it perfect. Only downside is she didn’t call me when it was ready but oh well. Cost me $ 60 due to difficulty

I worked nearby Eurotouch Cleaners for many years and was happy I found it. Service is great. If you need a tailor this is the place. Clean your leather jacket. Anything. No frills, no credit cards but the best customer service and hardest working female in the business. She told me yesterday she has not taken a vacation in over 17 years. If you want to have your clothes, even your shoes, look great give your business to Eurotouch. They have earned it and deserve it. Even thought I no longer work nearby I still go back. This is a top shelf cleaner.

Ok, so maybe I’m the 1-millionth customer to walk through the door — but I still appreciate my gift! Really though, everyone could be getting the same thoughtful Happy Holiday present as I got from the owner. I know it probably cost them 50 cents, and it’s nothing extravagant — but hey THANKYOUVERYMUCH. It was thoughtful, and it made me smile. How often do businesses do this anymore? NEVER! Happy Holidays to you too! My gift in return is fanatical repeat business. I don’t think I’d ever thought to call a dry-cleaning spot«MY dry-cleaning shop», but it’s true… this is it. Cat’s outta the bag. Eurotouch is a family run joint that has reasonable prices and absolutely cares about you. You can tell they take pride in their work, and frankly — they are sweet. Yes technically it’s the closest one to my house, but I come here because I want to come here. They do take credit cards now, but I think you have to buy a certain amount as minimum. I can handle that. I have no idea whether they are using chemicals in their process or not. I’d rather they didn’t, but my clothes never smell like chemicals that other places use, so props for that. I believe the men’s per-shirt cost is somewhere around 1.85.

1. crap. i ripped my pants again. 2. bought a gown last minute and realized it was too long– oak, the owner, hemmed it for me straight away even though i’m sure she had TONS of other things to get done. i seriously could not imagine a more dedicated, kind, hardworking, ethical business person than oak. if you are in the area and you need a great cleaner and tailor– give your business to this fantastic woman. she is wonderful.

OK here is why I love this place. The owner is the best tailor! I am not Cindy Crawford tall and often need many pairs of pants hemmed. At 10 bucks a hem, they are not cheap, but they are great. My hems are always perfect, never fall out, and are beautifully done. I have had pants, dresses, and even coats altered there for years. It is in a quaint little area of my neighborhood, next to my fave tanning salon, and has ample on-street parking. The only downside is that they don’t take credit cards or checks. Its a cash only business that I honestly don’t mind the stopping at the ATM before I get there. I know my items will be done well.
