As Boston’s best multi purpose fitness studio, STUDIO U was created from the idea that you should be able to get a whole-body workout without joining multiple gyms. We focus on three primary disciplines: Strength & Cardio, Core & Flexibility and Dance.
STUDIO U offers small group fitness classes in a boutique setting with the top instructors in the field. Try something new or fine tune your favorite workout in our welcoming social atmosphere.

Katie has been with Studio U (previously All One Yoga) since April 2012. She specializes in teaching Power Yoga and Boot Camp, and enjoys staying fit herself with soccer, skiing, and running!
