CONSTANT billing issues. The office staff is very nice, but does not seem to have a handle on keeping records. I’ve been out of treatment for over six months and am still getting a bill every month, and subsequently having to call every month to explain that I am no longer a patient and my account was settled six months ago.
Furthermore, when my insurer recently asked for an itemized receipt and proof of treatment, the office was unable to provide the documentation. I am now sorting out the issue with both the office and my insurer, to great stress and frustration as Dr. Miller’s office fails to return calls or document any conversations if I actually manage to get through to speak with a human being. I consistently have to explain the situation over and over again each time I call. I’m very displeased, and would not recommend treatment here.

Mid-​treatment, seems OK so far but too soon to judge.
Hard to get after-​school appointments when the doc is only in about three days/​week (sometimes two) and takes Fridays off in the summer.
