Established in 2006.

CENTURY 21 Commonwealth was established in 2006 when seven highly-​successful, award-​winning CENTURY 21 companies in the Greater Boston Area joined forces to leverage local expertise and technology, and better serve the region’s discriminating home buyers. With more than 200 years of collective industry expertise — and a lifelong commitment to excellence — this vast network of 500 sales representatives serving 150 communities stands ready to serve all of your real estate needs.

Today, as one newly energized real estate venture, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth is a powerful, expert resource for buying or selling a home in eastern Massachusetts. We have intimate, detailed knowledge of the Boston metropolitan area including the North Shore and Metro West, and we have the tools and experienced agents to help you find the home you dream about or market the home you wish to sell.

Meet the Manager

Greg K.

Manager

Greg became immersed in the inner workings of residential real estate brokerages from his start at a small firm in Brookline, MA. Working side by side with one of the firm’s owners, he was exposed from the beginning to the elements that build a successful firm and the obstacles that trip them up.

After transitioning into a regional Operations Manager role with one of the Top 10 brokerages in the US, Greg was directly tied to over 1200 transactions and over $ 500,000,000 in total sales all while maintaining the day to day operations of two large sales offices.

Today Greg uses the skills acquired from those very different experiences to coach, mentor and develop not only those new to the business, but to refine and grow the skills of the area’s most successful agents.

Greg serves as a 2012 – 2014 member of the Board of Directors at both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.
