We work with out of shape and overweight people who are sick & tired of spinning their wheels only to see no results and are frustrated with going to the gym only to receive no service. We teach do anywhere, results-oriented workouts in an empowering culture of change, using minimal equipment. Our training is safe, fast, fun and arguably the best part of our clients days. History
Established in 2008.
Change Your Body Boot Camps was started in 2009 as the anti-gym or the answer to the problems gyms and health clubs face. The problem with gyms and health clubs is they rent equipment and offer some programming, but their designed for you to fail and to not show up. CYBBC was a program built around results and everything we do is designed to yield fast, safe and sustainable body changes for busy people in the least amount of time, while making training the best part of your day.
We started in 2008 with 2 charity workouts: one sponsoring the Boys & Girls Club (pumpkinworkouts.com) and the second sponsoring a local soup kitchen (a turkey workout). We then launched in January during the resolution month with a 6am training time, 3 days per week. We eventually added 2 more times and a second location to meet the needs and convenience requests of our clients. We continue to be the #1 body changing program, boot camp and group personal training program in the Newton/Boston area.

Coach Mike A.
Business Owner
Mike is the owner and co-founder of Change Your Body Boot Camps. He is an Athletic Training graduate of the Prestigious, Springfield College; a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer with the National Athletic Trainers Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the World Renowned National Strength and Conditioning Association.
As a coach and trainer he has helped thousands of people return to health, improve their shape and achieve personal bests through performance training.
