Very nice small place. Friendly service. Got a wonderful facial with Sophia that included a well needed neck massage. A little pricey but I would go back because service was so nice.

I’m always leery of new salons because you never know if the stylist will actually listen to your needs. I love this place! It has a warm atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly. Christina did my hair and she does a wonderful job. I trust her opinion and that’s why I keep coming back. The prices are very typical of Boston and it’s affluent suburbs, but the quality is worth it.

Just wanted to write an update… I tried a facial here with Sophia the other day and it was 45 minutes of heaven. She took such care in her work (just like she does for my eyebrows) and I left with baby soft, glowing skin. I felt so clean and refreshed, not to mention completely «zen”-ed out. I can’t wait to schedule another!

Had a great trim/​blowout for my super curly hair by Christina and am pretty happy with it. The service at Chrisso Studio was EXCELLENT — I felt welcomed and pampered from the moment I walked in and everyone kept offering me coffee and water. I loved chatting w/​Christina’s husband, and Christina herself was super sweet. She really listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions and let me know what products she was using but never pushed me to buy anything. My hair was pretty puffy on top by the evening and probably could have used going over by a flat iron after the blowout, but I won’t fault her for that since I didn’t specify it while I was there — she would have definitely done it if I had asked. They also offered to put money in my meter if my time ran out. I look forward to going back for other services and subsequent hair cuts.

I’m very overdue in writing a review for the wonderful folks at Chrisso. Appointments are made efficiently, and services are done with warmth and skill.
Christina is a genius with hair, and Sophia is amazing with skin services. Both are kind, welcoming, and warm.
The ambiance of Chrisso is beautiful and professional. They also use Aveda and Bumble & Bumble products — wonderful stuff.
I always walk out of Chrisso feeling like a million bucks! :)

Unbelievable service! I highly recommend this place to anyone, I have only had the best experiences and results going here… Rather it be haircuts, massages or waxing. They also have a lot of other services which I have not personally tried, but my Mother and sisters have (facials, color, etc.) and love the outcome every time. A+

I have been going to Christina at Chrisso’s for about 5 years. I had been searching for a good salon and I have not been disappointed. Christina has a great eye for knowing what looks best on you and couples that with ideas, suggestions and even concern that the customer may have. Her eye for color is also great andI am always getting compliments on how I look. The salon itself is sparkling with a spa like ambiance and upscale touches. It offers other services as well, which I have used from time to time. All in all, a professional and very warm salon. Thumbs up from me.
