History

Established in 2012.

We developed the idea for EverPresent because of several different events. First, our owner discovered his grandfather’s old photo collection buried in a closet. It was amazing to look through the photo albums and revive old memories the family had forgotten, and realize how important it was to share these incredible pieces of history.

Then, during an unfortunate series of tornados across America, every victim seemed to say the same thing: «The most upsetting thing is losing my photos and home videos.» We wondered if this could have been prevented.

So we decided to do something about it and started EverPresent. And just two years into our business, we are the leading company in New England at what we do. It is such an honor working with families and organizations to preserve cherished memories, and we think our combination of high-​technology and high-​end customer service is making what could be an intimidating process for our clients really fun and convenient.

I had Jody and her team convert some DVDs to a you tube clip with editing, sound etc. They couldn’t have been more professional and the job was done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend EverPresent any higher. After calling around frantically to several companies who say that they are able to transfer film to DVD, including Walmart and Walgreens, I became thoroughly frustrated. This company was heaven sent! They were a delight to work with, extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and even returned my item earlier than expected! I was in a rush to get wedding videos of my parents and my aunt and uncle done before Christmas and they processed the order efficiently. I even called from out of state and they were able to take my payment over the phone while my sister-​in-​law (co-​conspirator) made the drop at her nearest location. I would work with Jodi and Hailey and the entire team anytime!

I had a fantastic experience with EverPresent recenty. After 12 years of marriage, my wife and I finally decided it was high time to create our wedding album. We had fully intended to do this ages ago but it was always left on our «to do» list. We worked with Jane and Susan who both made it so easy by coming to our home in Sudbury, MA to meet with us. Jane and Susan were fantastic to work with, they are both excellent listeners and they brought with them great examples of others photo books for us to look at and provide great advice and feedback. We really were just thinking we were going to end up with a book of photos from our wedding, which was perfectly fine. However, the final album was beyond anything we expected, it was absolutely amazing. I have no idea how they did it, they scanned our photos and captured the moments perfectly. I highly recommend Jane and Susan from EverPresent to anyone who is looking to capture special memories. We thank EverPresent so much, one of the comforting things was you do not send your treasured film off to some far away state, it is all taken care of here, locally.

We highly recommend EverPresent — these folks were responsive, thorough, and produced a beautiful product for us! Our project was the creation of digital images from 10 year old negatives (which were of a unique size) — we were advised in regards to what could be done and offered a meeting time. We are from the Boston area and were able to visit the main office where we dropped off our negatives and then returned a couple weeks later to retrieve a «memory stick» with our digital photos. The process was efficient from the start — we emailed our inquiry and then had a conversation via phone due to the unique size of the negatives, then our meeting for drop-​off. For anyone in the Boston area, we would suggest you trust EverPresent with your photo needs — they do an excellent job! Thank you, EverPresent!

To start a project to convert my dad’s slides to digital, I brought over a first set of 250. Pleasant, helpful, professional service. The day before my requested pickup date, they called and said they were ready! The best part was giving my dad the usb stick and then the whole family watched a digital slide show with 3 generations laughing over the crazy clothes and enjoying the special ocassion photos and all the memories. It is very important to share these family memories and histories. These Ektachrome and Kodachrome slides had super clarity and color… thanks to Everpresent’s careful cleaning, very few dust specks.
I just got the next set of slides out of the closet to have converted at Everpresent! My dad is looking forward to seeing and sharing those from his deployment during the Korean War in around 1954.

I had over 100 old family videos digitized for my husband’s birthday and the result was amazing! Jane (who covers the Sudbury area) handled the project as if it was her own. She picked up, hand delivered, cataloged, and scrutinized every detail. The project took about 6 months and she kept me on schedule, always checking and re-​checking even the smallest detail. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality excellent. I highly recommend EverPresent, and if you are lucky enough to get Jane as your rep, your experience will be 5 star! I’ve already started collecting old photos for my next project!

My project was to convert 3D Stereo Slides of my parents wedding from 1953 into photos without destroying the slides. They were old, had scratches, required restoration AND needed to be turned around within 10 days.
The owners Eric and Jennifer are a pleasure to work with and met with me when I was available. Within a couple of days, the scans were emailed to me via Dropbox — it was that simple. Eric was emailing me late at night or very early a.m. keeping me informed every step of the way.
I had them back in plenty of time and the photos were wonderful — received a CD as well for the rest of the family.
I highly recommend them for their service, level of professionalism and knowledge. They care about preserving these memories and were truly interested in my project and knew the importance it held for our family.
Their office is easy to find, has parking and has a very comfortable environment to meet with them to discuss your needs.
My parents were thrilled to see their wedding photos in an album for the first time in 60 years!

The Charity League of Paducah had over 80 years of history and scrapbooks that we put in the most capable hands at EverPresent. They did the most amazing job of scanning and archiving every page — even purchasing special equipment to handle the extra-​large pages so we had the best quality files possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I brought in over a hundred photos that I needed scanned last minute for a family event. They charged me a modest rush fee so I could get them back in 6 days instead of a couple weeks, and then they finished them a day earlier than originally scheduled out of their own kindness! They scanned everything and organized it exactly how it was brought in (according to photo album numbers) with absolutely no confusion. The scanned images themselves came out perfectly. Everyone in the office is super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get something digitized and will be definitely going there again myself in the near future.
