I go to Helix three times a week for personal fitness and martial arts training with their staff, and I love the atmosphere in the dojo. Everyone — the instructors and fellow students — are always super friendly and focused. Sometimes there are teenagers and adults, and other times there are four year olds getting their first belts! They blend together various martial arts styles depending on the student.
