Susan is the BEST! So knowledgeable and helpful. Went to Needham Decorative before visiting Susan and couldn’t get the time of day from them– sales person was clueless and never followed up.
Susan took care of every inch in our house patiently and had amazing suggestions. Even was able to call a manufacturer and hunt down a plate/​knob combination that wasn’t advertised. her!

This shop is such an incredible gem. They have more beautiful knobs and pulls than you could ever think of, and their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient. We worked with Vanessa who is outstanding and patiently worked with us even as the store was closing. The prices were reasonable and we got a better deal than we could have online, which is a rarity. NDH is now our store of choice for all our decorative hardware.

Susan was so helpful. I echo the previous reviewers: the selection is outstanding, the service is terrific and the prices are competitive. I considered ordering our kitchen cabinet hardware on-​line. However, after going to Newton Decorative Hardware, seeing their selection, getting terrific advice from Susan and comparing their price with on-​line sites, I bought from NDH and am soooo pleased. We continue to get compliments on how our hardware is «distinctive» and really pulls together the other colors in our kitchen. Go here. You will be very pleased.

My husband and I worked with Susan, the owner, to select cabinet hardware for our remodel. We found both Susan and her mom Ruth to be extremely nice and welcoming. This is our first remodel and Susan spent a lot of time with us going over different options at different price points. She always gave us her honest opinion and we never felt pressured to buy. In the end we ended up with some beautiful, high quality pulls at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to shop here again!
