Roland Vanaria, DDS is a dental practice conveniently located in Newton, MA. At Dr. Vanaria’s, our focus is on you and your total comfort. We practice general dentistry and prosthodontics, which includes preventative and restorative dentistry. One of the most important services we provide for our patients is a plan for preventative dentistry, in which we discuss all of your options for preserving your smile. History
Established in 1985.
Having completed my residency at the Abington Memorial Hospital and then practicing in a prosthodontic office for five years in Philadelphia, I decided to return home and start my own practice. This is a small, privately owned family practice dedicated to the well-being of our patients.

Business Owner
I am a native of Waltham and attended public school there. I received my Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Suffolk University and my Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University. My hospital training was completed at the Abington Memorial Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I earned my Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and in August of 1997, was awarded the certificate of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition, I served on the faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine for twenty seven years, and am presently Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Prosthodontics at The Tufts School of Dental Medicine.
