They didn’t get it right the first time but were very happy to redo. (Be sure to unwrap the package and inspect the work before you leave the store.) The manager, Kelly, was apologetic about the mistake and very accommodating. She is extremely nice and cheerful and always greeted me with a smile on her face — very refreshing! You can tell she cares about the shop and her customers a great deal, and that feels great.

I had a groupon and had two pictures i needed framing for some time so decided to give it a try. While it was a bit pricier… even with the groupon, then i was anticipating and took a bit more time than I had expected… I am extremely pleased with the result. The man I had help me wasn’t as helpful as would have liked since I don’t frame very often and would have loved more feedback and different options for matting and such, but the finished project is great. He did listen and so the mismatched orginal sizes of the two pictures were framed so they were the same. It was also very convenient.
