Change Your Body Boot Camps came about because health clubs, gyms and private fitness studios were failing to deliver results their customers had hired them for and Mike Alves, the owner and head coach of CYBBC was tired of red tape, bureaucracy and systems designed to fail so he created a full service program, built around time-​efficient results-​oriented programming (backed by both research and in the trenches experience), do anywhere workouts using minimal equipment, community, accountability, nutrition & exercise re-​education and expert coaching.

The business does not accept everyone and instead makes people apply to join so as to weed out complainers and whiners and create a high energy, exciting and empowering culture of change.

Typical clients are sick and tired of their wheels only to see no results and are frustrated with going to the gym only to receive no service. When they’re ready to get in their best shape, change their body and transform their life they contact us.

Mike A.

Business Owner

Mike is the owner and co-​founder of Change Your Body Boot Camps. He is an Athletic Training graduate of the Prestigious, Springfield College; a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer with the National Athletic Trainers Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the World Renowned National Strength and Conditioning Association.

As a coach and trainer he has helped thousands of people return to health, improve their shape and achieve personal bests through performance training.
