Very very disappointing.
I stopped going a while back and decided to retry.
Pants came back with same spots – with no tag stating they tried. The clerk suggested I try to clean it myself…
I had to send back a skirt three times and they said” that’s the best we can do“
The clerks are friendly, however why bother paying money when the clothes don’t come back cleaner. So sorry– it would be nice to have such a convenient location.
I really hope they will try to get it right.

I have been to many dry cleaning companies. I must say they are prompt and efficient! Happy to have a dry cleaning company in the neighborhood that I can say does an amazing job. Employees are welcoming and professional. A must try.

Obviously washed expensive Italian wool pants rather than dry clean them (dry clean only was on tag and specified). Pants shrunk and are unwearable. Should have known better.
