I would never use this company again. We had an event yesterday, a wine tour… Dave had a horrible attitude from the get-​go. Because 2 of my guests were a little late and we didn’t start off right away. It was no big deal, he was getting paid. Anyway, he shared NO knowledge of the wine trail as promised in their ads, had a bad attitude and made it very clear that he felt inconvenienced «Because I have an event at 6pm». When I’m paying you over $ 600 for your services, don’t give me attitude, don’t make MY guests feel uncomfortable, and remember you are on MY time and MY dime. He didn’t go out of his way and did the bare minimum. Horrible experience. This company doesn’t deserve your business. RUN AWAY, they lack professionalism, respect, they didn’t deserve my business. No thanks to Dave (I believe the OWNER, surprisingly). Never again!!!
