Stopped here for breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee tasted like water and they forgot one of our breakfast sandwiches. We noticed it when we were on the road so couldn’t go back. Hope the manager reads this and improves the service.

Manager Sarah is extremely friendly, kind, and quick(at the Drive Thru). Food, 5-stars, just as any other Dunkin Donuts.(Keep in mind prices are a bit less here on certain items for some weird reason…) Located right off I-190, on Route 62 /Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.

Nicest people you will meet. Genuinely care about their customers. Food was timely and hot.

Coming right off the highway heading to the Fashion Outlet Mall you spot this DD. You see a large location. And a large parking lot. And a drive thru lane that is not in the way. You think«Great. I’ll pop in here before I get to the mall.» You park and go in. At first you think this is great. Tons of tables. Not too loud music or tv noise. Then you see the line in front of you. That’s the first clue. But you think«it’s Dunkin. It will move along». So you get in line. And don’t move. For a while. Even though there’s a sign welcoming busses there was not one in front of you. Turns out it’s a combination of things. One is those people who order very complicated things. And then they start picking out different types of donuts one at a time to make 2 dozen. Yikes. I’ve said it before, there should be a line for«coffee only». As in hot coffee with or without milk and sugar. But the other issue here is the employees. They are super pleasant. Always a good thing. But they are slow slow slow at filling the orders. I’ve given this location plenty of chances. I don’t think I’ll be back. Located across from the former HoJos which is easily recognizable by the orange roof. Different hotel now but they kept the coloring. Distinctive.
