Hampton Inn

First off I wanted to send a HUGE thank you to the front desk staff and housekeeping staff at the hotel
We stayed at the hotel just last week for some cross border shopping
The hotel is right off the highway
I made the mistake to get the room near the highway but if you can tolerate the trucks flying by… it’s not too bad!!!
Breakfast was great…
Simple…had the turkey sausage and western omelette
We used the workout room there
Again it’s simple… but good enough for a nice workout
Now to that thank you…
We had left the Thursday and unbeknownst to us we left our winter jackets in the closet
We had a bad experience leaving stuff before at hotels… but was pleasantly surprised that when we contacted the hotel, our jackets were there!!!
Unfortunately they couldn’t ship them to us but nonetheless we ventured down there again and picked them up…
We had even asked for a letter just in case to present to customs and they had that by the time we picked them up
Again a huge thank you from me and wife…
A merry Xmas to all of them… and we will definitely be staying here again when we do our next cross border shopping experience

Stayed here this past weekend and the entire experience was wonderful. Room was extra clean. breakfast was good for hotel breakfast… staff was accommodating and pleasant. I had been debating on whether to stay closer to the falls, but very happy with the decision to stay off the main path! Perfect location to do other things. You won’t be disappointed with this Hotel

Very disappointing stay. Didn’t clean room one night, took our extra sheet every single day, breakfast was cold the one morning I tried it, and staff looked generally confused whenever you ask them a question.
And to add insult to injury, they charged me premium room price for two night I reserved using Hilton Honor points.
So much for a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Clean and new, two things I like in hotels. We stayed here labor day weekend. As we drove around in different parts of Niagara Falls, we realized this area was one of the better areas and the hotel seemed to be one of the better ones. Hooray! This hotel offers free breakfast which is nice, Even though we didn’t utilize that since we wanted to experience the food in the area as much as we could. The room was a good size with a nice ac to keep us cool.
We did go in the pool twice. Clean but the floors are slippery, be careful. Only downside is the pool is on the smaller size… so when kids are in the pool. …it’s hard to get away from the craziness. My advice go earlier in the day to avoid all the kids splashing in the pool.
All in all a good stay.

Stayed at this hotel in Niagara Falls, CA for 3 nights on vacation in ⁸⁄₂₀₁₅. Location near the Niagara falls and price was great. Free parking, breakfast and wifi. You are literally 5 mons from the falls. If you wish a bus travels in front of the hotel. Brakfast was not my favorite but if you’re not picky is great. Pool was small. I would highly recommend.

Very accommodating and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas for out of town visitors! Will definitely be returning! Breakfast was alright but other than that everything was great!

Smells new.
We arrived early and no room was available but the kept our luggage for us. Free parking made us leave the car there to start our tour to the Niagara Falls. After we returned we had a quick and friendly check in. The room is very spacious and clean. Internet works and now I have a coffee for free ;) Good choice.

Very clean. Non smoking so it actually smells fresh. Cute room. Close to freeway. Close to Canada border. Friendly staff. Breakfast was descent. I like that you need your room key to gain late night access to the hotel. Makes me feel extra safe. Too bad they didnt have a safe inside the room. I like that they have a fridge and microwave in room. Aaron was great with suggestions and directions.

This is a brand new Hampton Inn near the outlet fashion mall in Niagara Falls. It opened mid April 2014. It has all the amenities of a typical Hampton plus a real nice friendly and accommodating staff. You can’t ask for much more. The location may appear a bit remote meaning it is not walking distance to the falls. Yet if you are looking for clean spacious rooms near the falls this is the perfect place. You are really close to the Stare Park and on the US side.
