Jeff’s Attic is an offshoot of our successful apartment business, Apartments Niagara Located in Niagara Falls, NY. At Jeff’s Attic, we believe that opening a self Storage facility would be an asset to our Apartment Customers and the entire Western New York Community. We look forward to serving your needs!

Business Owner

Jeff began his apartment business in 1999 buying a single 2 family house in the City of Niagara Falls. This business has grown to over 700 apartments in 10 different communities. In 2014, Jeff developed the Storage Unit site named Jeff’s Attic and began the expansion in the storage business. Jeff is a member of the Landlord Association of Greater Niagara, and Associate Broker with Great Lakes Real Estate, Vice Chairman of the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area, and associated with many other organizations including the Lewiston Kiwanis club.
