UPDATE REQUIRED:
Everything in the original review still stands but in the handful of times I’ve been in now, there HAVE been a couple of decent employees. A guy (the only one I’ve ever seen so far) is pretty pleasant and then there is Kelly who is an absolute doll! She keeps a smile on her face and is helpful and friendly all around. She earns the store a third star on her own.
