Absolutely the worst furniture place to could go too, period! Typical Canadian arrogance at its finest! They sell stuff by manufacturers who do not and will not guarantee their products. I would buy lawn furniture before I would ever step foot on there again! I have never seen such a bunch of lying, coniving characters before!

When I went in the store. There was a man sitting at a desk. He never helped me find what I needed. He just told me it was over there. He was not helpful. I went in the store once before and I think he is the assistant manager. Either way, no service, no smiles, no personality. Just some guy with no people skills. Then this man came in as I was leaving. He must have been his type and age. Because he was all smiles and giggles with the guy. It was just a weird experience.

I’m tryin to be transparent here: I purchased a coffee table on 06/​13/​2015 and today 07/​31/​2015 it still hasn’t arrived. I trusted this company and paid the balance in full the very same day (my mistake). They told it could take 2 weeks to arrived when I bought it. I checked the fine print in the order paper and it said 2 – 4 weeks (I have patience)… I tried calling several times before and when they finally picked up: surprise! my table is still not there.
They told me that they will ship it to the store in 08/​04/​2015, hopefully that day it will arrived, but if not, it might be another couple of months I guess.
I’m looking at the options of cancelling my order, they charged a restocking fee of 10−15%: funny idea, because they never had my table in stock.
Beware! I purchased $ 8,000 worth of furniture last month in different stores, and this one is the only one that let me down. I can provide my order number if someone doubts of how real my review is so you can verify the authenticity of my purchased (many stores create fake profiles, or block negative reviews)

I started off buying a tv stand from this store which I had to buy the floor model because it was all they had so they said!! it had some nicks on it so I asked for some money off they said no .no big deal .then if went back and got a night stand -.which they happen to have a new one at the store so I got it that day put it in my truck and left was planing to come back for the rest of the bedroom set at a later date .i went back in the store this time the guy working wasn’t one I’d since before and wasn’t very friendly but I told him what I wanted and paid CASH on the spot for it all a nightstand dresser and headboard which he said I’d get in delivered in two day I was told after that that the headboard was on back order and that I he would call the next day to let me know when it would be in I NEVER GOT A CALLi!! had I known that I wouldn’t of paid for that at that time!! anyhow two days later I’m home waiting for the set to come between 4and7 so he said!!! I was called into work and had to tell my work I couldn’t come cause I was waiting for my delivery .THAT NEVER CAME!!! I called the store at 6:30 and asked what was going on?? why did I not get it. he said ««oh I forgot to put it in for delivery sorry mistakes happen no big deal!! we can come next week!!! i thought really no big deal I lost a days pay but no big deal to him I see… so I said I would be in for a refund I don’t want it any longer he said ok that’s fine!!! like he could care less about it!! so I went in the next day to get my refund he said he didn’t have that much cash (1,200)$so he would have to write a check which I was fine with that what wasn’t fine with was he’s very rude behavior .I never in my life came across someone so rude… I asked if he owned the store he said yes I couldn’t believe it… how can a sales person not only a sales person BUT THE OWNER OF PARKS FURNITURE!!! be so rude and disrespect it blow my mind… oh and when I said I wanted a refund while in the store he gets right on the phone in front of me and calls his delivery driver and says good news you don’t have to delivery the bedroom set to this lady!!! i thought wow this man is so wrong… oh and btw the discount is bull####!!you have to spend a lot more to get any deals!!! NOT WORTH IT TO ME… I will never buy anything from that place again!!! its very sad when the owner is rude and disrespect but the sales people are not!!! i also heard a lot of other people had some the same problems as myself… I wouldn’t go back if they were giving stuff away …

My wife and I love this place, we got the coolest kitchen table there 2 years ago and get regular compliments on it; the most similar thing I’ve seen elsewhere was twice the price.
Our second purchase there was a reclining Ashley wooden chair for more than a hundred bucks less than the same thing at the Ashley store.
We have been there many many times and the staff is STILL patient and helpful and actually cares about the customer.
A note — don’t confuse them with the typical furniture store with sales folks that stalk you around the store and try not to be seen doing it — they will say hi and be around and help when needed, but will go back to working and give you some space.
I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. The people that work there are super helpful and the merchandise is very good quality. Extremely competitive prices for stock and custom pieces.
I have purchased a number of items here (on a number of different occasions) and have no complaints. There was an issue around inventory/​delivery on my first order but they came through in the end and I’m glad I gave them another chance.
Once you spend $ 1300. there you get discounted pricing for life on all future purchases which makes it really hard to go anyplace else. And they deliver in the Buffalo Niagara USA region as well as in Canada for really reasonable rates.
