White Rabbit Frozen Yogurt

I’ve been to other White Rabbit locations and this one is my favorite. They are all well maintained but this location is special.
Upon entering, I’m always greeted by multiple smiling faces. They always ask me to let them know if I have any questions or would like to sample any of the flavors. Once I get to the register, we always have some kind of conversation. The girls working here really make it that much better, they’re all SO SO SO wonderful.
Enough about the employees! The store itself is very clean, and bright. There is enough space and tables to sit inside comfortably and I believe there may be tables outside during warm weather.
The yogurt is self serve including the toppings. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, and there are seasonal flavors that circulate. Prices are based on weight but fair. They have a rewards program that gets you points/​money back on your account towards the next time you come in.
I’ve been coming here for the past year and a half and my experience each time is nothing less than amazing. My family and friends also love it here.

I have only frequented the White Rabbit, Niagara Falls location, but I have been impressed every time. Busy or slow, this location is always impeccably clean and well stocked. Service is always friendly and they never forget to offer a free sample if you are unsure of a flavor choice.
If you have never been, there are at least 12 flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from. (At the time of this review, my favorite is party punch. it’s summer in a cup!) Flavors though, change with the seasons which is another nice feature.
Toppings of fruits, chocolate, candy, cookies, fruit pearls and more. There are also sprinkles and several flavored syrups as well.
Cost based on weight, but I’ve never felt it overpriced and always worth it to support local business.
