Sammy’s Pizza & Subs

My wife and I see this place everyday on our way to and from work so we thought we would try it… big mistake.
The pizza was the worst pizza I have had in a while. The crust was thin and chewy; the pizza bordered between bland and no flavor.
We also ordered sandwiches. The cheesesteak was not good at all.
Of course it appears we paid a premium price for lousy food.

Im being gracious with 2 stars. Ive had a decent experience here and also a very bad experience. i will share the bad because it is what lead me to waste time out of my busy schedule to write a review to help others. i recently went into this establishment to get a quick dinner bite, so i ordered the 2 slice and a drink deal for 5 dollars i thought i was getting a good value. That was until the pizza was delivered to my table, i picked a piece up getting ready to satisy my food craving and to my horror the complete underside of the crust was dark black and brittle. For the life of me i dont understand how a pizza baker could serve a customer something like that and think that is acceptable and should be eaten without question. It was very obvious the man knew he had burnt the pizza and was hoping he would not have to make another. You should pay me $ 5 to eat this crap.
This place will be out of business within 24 months. and the pizza chef can go burn some pattys at his new job burger king. I should have got my money back.

Their pizza used to be pretty good, but I recently ordered some pizzas, and they tasted like cardboard. The crust was tasteless and hard, and the pizza itself was smaller than usual and overly chewy. Not impressed.

You would be better off buying a pizza at a gas station, it would taste the same and be cheaper. In addition to the bad pizza, the Greek salad was wilted and the dressing was hot. I was curious to try this place when it opened, but in the future I will definitely go elsewhere.

Ordered a sandwich here quite a while back and was not impressed. For the price a subway sandwich would have been a better value. Hopefully it has improved since then.
