Mr Clean-A Can

I signed up for service down in Huntington Beach, CA. The first day of service, the guy shows up and asks for some water from the hose since he had run out. I let him use the hose but went inside to get some work done. I came out to find the hose on the lawn, not rolled up or put away. First clue. I let it go, maybe he forgot. Then he shows up one day before the trash has been emptied. My wife is outside and asks if he can come back in an hour or so. He says he has other stops and wont be able to come back till next month. Since the cans are really dirty, my wife asks him again if he would come back, since this is the SERVICE WE PAY FOR! He then gives her one of their solution bottles and tells her to clean it herself. Lucky for him, I wasn’t around.
I have called the main office several times and no one has answered. Their main office in KY doing service in CA? hmm
I called another company by mistake OC Clean a Can and spoke to the owner. He was very cordial and said it is not the first time he’s heard this from that company. IF he did service in Huntington Beach I would for sure use OC Clean a Can.
Update: Randy from their main office called and was very apologetic. He says they will take care of that problem. I hope so, but I’m done with the service.
