History

Established in 2015.

After feeling like a «project» for my family and friends for years, I decided to start a company where I can help those who might feel the same way. It is fantastic to have a network of loved ones to assist you with getting where you need to be in life but sometimes there is guilt associated with asking for help. The Kassie Project takes the guilt out of the equation because it is a very budget-​friendly, paid service. We want to provide an extra hand for the single mom, the superdad, the single «trying to make it» and working three jobs and the laundry never gets done suburbanite — we are here for anyone who has a need for more time or a little extra «peace» in their life.

My name is Kassie Smith and I am enthusiastic self– starter with 17+ years experience in leading high performing teams, creating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and serving as a high level operational contributor. I possess an in depth knowledge of business operations including marketing and PR, process improvement, contracts and negotiations, accounting, collections, and strategic planning. I have worked hard at building a reputation of regularly meeting and exceeding organizational goals and being recognized as a top contributor in all aspects of running a successful business.

In short, helping businesses grow and be successful is my passion. I am always eager to share my talents and resources. I have a passion for collaborating with individuals and businesses to create innovative solutions.
