History

Established in 2002.

BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC was started as a contingency fee recruiting firm. Our goal was to assist companies to recruit and hire engineers, engineering managers, sales managers, operations managers. BSI expanded their services into assisting companies to retain and develop their engaged employees in 2008 by becoming a Value Added Associate of TTI Success Insight, a leading provider of assessment and other tools to assist clients to more effectively hire the right person for the right job.

In the past few years we have expanded our services again by offering clients to hire their employees on a contract basis rather than just a permanent basis. This allows clients to hire employees for specific projects, to hire employees on a contract basis to try them out and then, if they desire, hire them on a permanent basis.
