I got my braces done with Dr. Boyarski. I had gaps in my teeth the size of the Grand Canyon; two of my front teeth never grew after the baby teeth fell out, causing a big gap, so the doctor had his work cut out for him. The doctor was very pleasant and easy going. He always saw the light at the end of tunnel. I was afraid to get braces and was very negative. However, it was a fast and easy process. Now, I am proud to say I that thanks to Dr. Boyarski, I have a Hollywood smile and I’m not scared to show off my pearly whites anymore. The office staff was also VERY helpful. They always provided the correct documentation at the right times and when there was an issue they contacted my insurance and handled it for me. People that have insurance know how big of a pain it can be arguing with your insurance regarding your benefits; the nice lady called my insurance for me and worked it out. I never had any issues. It was a smooth process all the way around from scheduling appointments, to making payments, to handling all documentation. I will send my family members to him and recommend anyone to use him. He is the best, most humble doctor in the business and his staff is amazing. They truly care for you and make you feel like family. You will not be treated like «just a customer».

I guess the doctor is ok, but the way they are handling accounts is not acceptable. For 2 years I was there I never got a printout of my account activity/​balance. Always had to call some woman that is working from home. After making a few phone calls got email with copy of hand writing records! Please. In our time when everything is done electronically?! It doesn’t matter if she works from home or not their system has to be always updated and patients should get the balance statement print out. The treatment is not cheap and they could afford some web app. So, if you need to claim your medical expenses on your taxes or you have a FSA or anything where it matters to you to get your account activity statement find another office!
