Bunk’N Biscuit

We have taken our little dog here many times. The longest he stayed was 9 days. The staff here are very accommodating. When I knew we were going to be late picking him up on a Sunday because our flight was delayed, I called and they reassured me not to worry. The front office runs like a business because well, this is a business. If the staff didn’t treat customers with some level of seriousness, would you feel confident leaving your pet with them? During one visit my dog was very anxious — he has separation anxiety very bad — and he was distressed by the barking from the bigger dogs, so they moved him to the office area where smaller pets are kept. The staff who work with the dogs are very nice. It seems as if they love their job and realistically one would have to working with so many different size dogs, personalities, parents, etc.
I appreciate the note they always give me when I pick him up. It gives me an idea how well he did and if there were any issues I should be made aware.
I recommend Bunk N Biscuit. The facility is well kept, clean, and your dog will never be kept in a cage for hours and hours like with other kennels.

My new puppy is my baby. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bunk and biscuit. First of all its a lovely, state of the art facility. They keep it clean, they are knowledgeable and well managed. I started bringing my 6-​month-​old doberman to the daycare for a few hours for play time and socializing just a couple of weeks ago. She was very very nervous of other dogs. She would run away and cry if any dog even tried to sniff her or approach her. They helped to introduce her slowly to the pack of dogs, giving her just one or two to play with at first. They had so much patience. I just picked my doberman up from boarding there for five days while I was in Mexico. She was such a happy, playful dog. You could tell the way she interacted with the employee and the other dogs that she had had a fantastic time. All of her nervous stress was completely gone! I am bursting with pride and happiness at the attitude she had when I picked her up. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be back. I trust them completely to love and care for my baby while I’m away!

I am very disappointed that a person would give this place a lousy one-​star when it is obvious that they did a great job taking care of her pet, but she was upset because of how she was treated, (making this all about her). She also cancelled her next boarding with Bunk & Biscuit, (sounds like she caused so much trouble that they might not want to see her again).
I have used this place twice so far, and would use them again. Our English Bull had to stay there for 10 days, and he had a blast. First of all, the place is clean with no smells, (if you walk into a place that has any animal, etc., odors, then keep on walking). Their rooms are secured by a nice sliding-​glass door, with lots of window space; they have a self-​fill water dish, a nice TV of their own, and an off-​the-​floor bunk to sleep in. In the back of their room, there is a doorway that they can have a little walk-​way to where they can see their neighbors, but does not let them mix, keeping all safe and sound. During the day, the dogs are put out for play-​time every two hours.
For the food, they supplied everything; the dry food was the same that we used, and they used canned chicken breast, which is what we use at home. I can’t say what the cost was, but it is well-​worth every penny. By the way, the office may be a bit more business-​like, but I met with some of the techs, and they were super friendly, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We were told up-​front, that they were not open on Sundays, so we just came in on Monday to pick up our baby, (and they did charge us for Sunday). Why should I have a problem for that? It’s a shame that some people can try to do damage to a great business, when they likely do the same thing to most every place that they encounter.
Bunk & Biscuit gets a strong 5-​star from me. I do recommend this place for anyone who loves their pet and needs a wonderful border that is not just a kennel.
Update:
We used this place again during our cruise from December 11^th to the 19^th, 2015, and not only do I reiterate what I’ve already said, they even gave our boy a bath the day we picked him up. I think that he even had a great time while staying there. Kudos and if only I could give them 10 stars.

We leave our dog there several times per year. He is incredibly excited when we get there. I go there from Chicago so you know I have a high regard for this facility. The rates are excellent. I highly recommend Bunk’n Biscuit

We recently moved to Indiana from Tennessee and were very sad to leave our great doggie daycare and boarding facility. We looked and visited a few sites on the internet and in person once we arrived and are So Very Thankful that we found Bunk and Biscuit! Our Samantha starts whining as we round the bend on the road and is just beside herself till we get inside and she sees all her new human and doggie friends! We also used the boarding facility on our last trip out of town and were very pleased! The facility is just top rate, and beautifully maintained. Thanks Bunk and Biscuit for making our transition to the north a little less painful!

Our pugs always stay here when we are out of town. Couldn’t ask for a better boarding kennel. They are friendly and look after our fur kids with lots of love and care!

I believe they took very good care of my dog but unfortunately I was very disappointed in the way I was treated at pickup. We have never left our dog for this long and he was a rescue from a puppy mill and I didn t want him put In a cage. The facility was beautiful and had glass rooms. When I called to make a reservation I was quoted $ 30 a night and could pick him up on Sunday between 4−6pm. He was there for 10 days. When we went to pick him up the following Sunday the door was locked and was told since Monday was Memorial day they decided to close Sunday for the holiday and that I can pick him up on Monday. I explained to the lady that I was never informed of this change and since we were already there can they please give us our dog. She had to call management and ask permission if we can have our dog. They finally let us have him. About 20 min later I get a call from someone named Mary. She was very rude to me and continued to inform me that they were closed on Sunday and that we should of picked him up on Monday before noon. I tried to explain to her that I was sorry and that no one ever told us. She was so snotty and told me that they called all the boarders the week before to inform them. I told her we were in Florida and that no one ever called me. Then she told me I still have to pay for Monday since they were officially closed Sunday. Told me my balance was $ 429. I told her that seemed high for $ 30 a day and she told me it is $ 39 a day. I told her I was quoted $ 30 a day and she told me no one there would of ever quoted me that. I had also made a reservation for my dog in June. I told her I was very unhappy on how I was treated and how much I was miss informed and to just cancel my reservation for June. All she said was OK. Never said she was sorry for the mass confusion. Acted like she didn’t even care. I will never take my pet there again. I can only hope they treated my dog better then they treated me.
