My car looks fantastic. Great shop, great people. They are so helpful. The cost is very reasonable for the service you receive. We have been using this company for MANY years.

These guys do solid work and are very professional. Was there twice in one week for two different cars. I got rear ended and the did a pro job and car looks great plus they give a warranty. Car was ready when they said it would be and at the quoted price.

They took time to explain to me what needed to be fixed and the cost was super reasonable compared to the damage. I was recommended this shop by a friend and now I am paying it foward. If you want friendly, honest work done to your car bring it to Erich’s!

My car looks beautiful! Erich notified me when he received the claim info from Allstate, and he also called to let me know when the vehicle was towed to his shop. He offered assistance when I couldn’t find a ride to the shop, and the parts are guaranteed for the life of the car! Just drove home and so far so good. Thanks Erich!

Great shop. Can’t replace good service with ANYTHING. Prices are great also. Have had body work done there on three of our cars (kids!)
A real local treasure

I just had my driver’s side mirror repaired there & I could not have asked for more efficient & quality service. Initially i got a quote in 10 minutes (very fair pricing, by the way), had them order the part & got my car back in ½ a day. Also, quick & painless check-​in & check-​out. The paint also need to be matched to the rest of the car — they did a great job. What really impressed me the most, though, was how they went above & beyond. They buffed out a side door panel that I thought needed to be replaced (it looks great now) & took some of the mirror paint to cover a scratch in the back. All this at no charge! I will definitely use them again. Talk to Henry — he’s the best!

When we wreck, this is our go to spot.
I have had the unfortunate pleasure of being a customer at Erich’s over the last 11 years or so. Unfortunate? Yes… because it means the Purple People Eater (my Honda Civic Hatchback) was involved in an accident.
The staff here are wonderful and friendly. They are super quick too.
Most recently, my then boyfriend wrecked our Honda right before Thanksgiving… and right before we were set to drive to Texas to visit his family. Thankfully, Mom was able to lend us her car and Erich’s fixed my baby up and kept her safe until we returned two weeks later… no problem whatsoever.
Most insurance companies work through them. We had Allstate and we didn’t even need to have a separate appraisal with the company… they went right through Erich’s.
Customer service is clearly something that is very important to them and it shows. Even though this is not at all close to where we currently live, I will always take my cars here to be repaired.
