This has been the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. We just recently moved and saw a Flecks truck across the street at our neighbors so I called to start end of year clean up and to get a quote for next years services. The man proceeded to tell me that he just couldn’t do that because he has other customers who are more important.
Well thats fine. Looks like Im calling The Chalet. This company blows.

Flecks has mad a concious effort to CHANGE. Recently Flecks made an adjustment to their operation to become more invisible — they now park their vehicles in the rear yard—
