As a small business owner I am always leery about hiring a company I haven’t worked with before. I came across Identitylinks on the internet and decided to order 500 custom shaped post-​it notes from them that I will be using to advertise my business. I’m glad I chose Identity Links for the following reasons:
— Their prices were one-​half as cheap as other vendors I had looked at
— Their sales people answered all of my questions in a prompt and courteous manner
— They did two artistic revisions to the product I ordered at no cost
— They rush shipped my items at no charge since it was my first order
They are now in my bookmarks and I will be sure to contact them in the future for other orders.

Very helpful and efficient customer support. I was concerned about cost and they suggested an alternative that was much more affordable for me, which is always a sign of a caring company. They were responsive and accommodating to my tight turnaround time.

These guys are unreal. They’ve been so hands on, delivered my companys promotional products long before I expected them to arrive, and helped with some graphic designing that could have cost me hundreds and hundreds. The whole team is top notch, but a special thanks to Danny for putting so much effort into my account. I would never go anywhere else.

I had to come in and write a review on this company as they just screwed me over. I placed an order for mouse pads well over a month ago to be ready and shipped to my office by today between 6am and 8:30am, and i was promised this by Mark and Mike. Well, its 10:12am and no delivery at my door. When I call Mark and Mike to see what is going on, all they can say is that the order was never produced and some emails between them got mixed up and they couldn’t do anything about it except to re-​place the order. They were completely unprofessional and I will never order anything else from them for any of my businesses. Oh and one more thing, I ordered 2014 desk calendars two months ago, and i still haven’t received them, when will I get them? I’ll probably get them December of 2014.
If you must use this company, I suggest you follow up with them everyday to make sure your orders don’t get lost.

So I’m updating on my last order for promotional items «chap sticks and drawstring bags» with our logo, company name and our beautiful mascot Rottweiler Daddy.
They are so damn cute and well made I can’t stand it!!! Seriously I wasn’t surprised because they always suggest the best promotional items for our company, and I’m always very pleased. Our clients LOVE our promo items!!! Thank you Danny and Mark!!! There customer service is icing on the cake. They truly are a pleasure to deal with, very patient and helpful. I ordered 350 lunch boxes via email I had the pleasure to work with Heather they were great !! She had accidently given me the wrong tracking number for my shipment (Which is okay :)) I had than talked to Danny & Heather to get it all figured out and they were great !!! :) Since living in Canada the whole process was done by email and I think I called twice. I highly recommend Identity Links. Hopefully one day I will use them again !! Thank you guys !

This is my only «Go To» company for all of our trade shows, company party gifts and mailers. I love working with someone who I know will get the items to me on-​time and for the best price possible. I cannot babysit a supplier when I am busy getting everything else ready for our shows and I am so thankful to Robby for always being on the ball for me.
