This is a great place, we are so happy we’ve found this place. Everyone is nice, helpful, and professional, Dr. Zingerman is the best. He always explains the procedures and takes his time.
I had to change my appointments number of times and they always try accommodating me which was so helpful as I am a stay home mom with a toddler and there is something always comes up in last minute.
Both my husband and I go to Dr. Zingerman from Arlington Heights and will still be seeing him even if we move further.

Beware. I went her to get a filling replaced. then went home within a week my tooth was in pain. I am so busy in lif and finally I went there 3 months latter to get it checked. I was told the filling was too high and why did I wait 3 months. I then asked the doctoer why did you let me leave your office when the filling was to high. he said it was fine when you left. so he sandded it down and then charged me $ 50.00 to fix his mistake. I was told there will be no charge for the vist and a month latter I foind out behind my back that they charged my insurance company. When I called them they told me they had to charge me for the vist. SO you mess up my filling, you have me come back and then you charge me $ 50.00 to fix your mistake. I have been there 3 times and I have never seen any other patients in that office. If you go there for the first time I would bewear. I have been to 18 dentists in my life and never once have I had a filling to high. This is a rookie mistake. If you want a rookie to work on your teeth, be my guest!

My family and I have been Dr. Zingerman’s patients for over 14 years. Even when we moved further away from Niles, we all continued to go to Dr. Zingerman’s office for our routine check ups, teeth whitening and root canals. Niles Family Dental always accommodates mine and my family’s busy schedules and a very pleasant staff either on the front desk or hygienists, will always listen to me or my family members and would always attend to our needs. I saw Dr. Zingerman just last week and as always was very pleased with Doctor’s and Doctor’s staff knowledge and how attentive everybody was when I came to the office for services. A lot of my friends already go to Niles Family Dental and Dr. Zingerman is their and their families’ dentist, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Zingerman to anybody who is not happy with their dentist.

Our family goes to the Niles Family Dental clinic. Dr. Zingerman is always professional and attentive to our needs. He has provided recommendations regarding orthodontist treatment for our daughter and the advice has been sound and spot on. We live in the Northwest suburbs of Lake County but prefer to travel to this office for all our family dental needs. I would recommend Dr. Zingerman to our family and friends.

I have been going to Niles Family Dental for about 10 years now and don’t plan on switching. Even though I live 45 minutes away I make the trip. It’s hard to find a dentist that you truly trust will do a good job, so I’m happy I don’t have to ever worry. Plus I love their new office and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend Dr Zingerman!

My family’s experience with this office has been fantastic for going on 10 years. Dr. Zingerman and his colleagues are unfailingly professional, punctual, and friendly. The office is state-​of-​the-​art and pristine. Dr. Zingerman takes the extra time to explain procedures and their benefits, and we’ve always received an up-​front, written estimate for services beyond the standard check-​up & cleaning. The team is very accommodating of young children too, removing all fear from the experience.

Niles, IL is where my mother lives. There is a large percent of senior citizens and growing families. My mother called me the night befor she was to have significant dental work done. I first asked her, what services were to be performed for the $ 8,000.00 quote she was given. She told me that she did not receive a pre-​estimate for services. My next question to her was why? The office admin said that she would need to speak to the doctor directly for that information. WHAT!!! Would you buy a car from someone that would not tell you what make, model or even color it is???
When I told her to call for this pre-​treatment estimate and not attend the appointment to start the work, she was told she could not obtain a estimate until the actual work starts… So I ask everyone who uses the dentist to BEWARE. This dental office knew very well that she did not have supplemental insurance in her 80’s, this doctor is a «SNAKE». Just be aware and ask the questions. No pre-​estimate scope of work, no deal.

I would have given ZERO stars if possible. This office lacks professionalism, will RAZE you for money without doing work that merits their fees, and leave you with more problems than you had! In fact hey can’t figure out what your problems actually are so they create them for you! If you have a perfectly good crown they will convice you it’s no good and replace it with a botched job. In addition to that, the «doctor» will ridicule and be terse with a patient. BEWARE
