The kim bap here just does not compare to the ones back in cali. It was lacking flavor. I would probably pass on the kim bap. I would try other things from this place in the future just to see if things are more flavorful here.

The Kim Bap is the only thing I really get here, and its REALLY good. The reason why I like this counter so much is that they are FRIENDLY! The prices here are actually reasonable too, unlike the other stalls. ~ Now I have tried other things here, and they are all delicious. This is what you should get at a food court like this. Quick, delicious, and filling. I love things made fresh right in front of you, and this is where to get it, humbly.

In the vast sea of korean food offerings found at H-Mart, I decided on this place and it was ok. Technically that should be a 3star Unilocal rating but I doubt I’d go back here so that’s a 2star to me. I got the duk bok ki with ramen, and also saw the«plain» ramen/soup with duk. The duk bok ki was average and had some fish cake/onion which was fine, but by all accounts the ramen soup was bland and not worth finishing. Too bad. Not being korean there was also a slight language barrier when ordering which made me fear my order would be wrong. Luckily it was mostly right and though they didn’t give me the drink I paid for when I asked they remembered and gave it to me. The bathrooms are the food court bathrooms which I didn’t go to but I assume they were pretty gross. Next time I eat at H-Mart I’ll try some of the other food places. At current rate, that means in 2 years I’ll have another H-Mart review.

This a really awesome counter inside the food court of H Mart. I frequent this one the most on my supermarket trips. Their pork katsu is yummy as are all their noodle dishes and kimbap! Since there’s another counter in the food court that sells your usual Korean food fare like meat, soondoobu, etc., this one is sort of like a small snack shop. The owners are super friendly and they claim to make everything as natural(no MSG!) and healthy(no trans fat!) as possible.
