Shell Gas

Very disappointed… get my gas and car wash all the time here. Got out of work early went for gas and car wash on Wednesday. Sign said ½ off car wash, great a deal. Filled up car and purchased car wash at pump, did not receive discount. Went in side and I was told that I had to come in side and pay to get the discount, and they could not refund me the money. Told them that’s crazy no signs stating that and no refund. Such a deal!!! Went around to get my car wash and it was closed, couldn’t they have told me that when I was inside??? Please make your deals more present.

It’s a gas station. You get gas and lottery ticket. Also the secret stash of hot Cheetos’s.
Staff is nice. The place is clean. Good times.

It used to be a Citgo for a while… years before my parents had a fast food place on this lot… sorry if I am commiserating…
Pretty organized, nice clean setup… inside is nice and pricey (as most gas stations are) it IS 24 hours. and has a car wash on the premises, which means gas is discounted if you use this service.
The attendants are young, so it varies on how they are (overall helpful), but the managers are friendly and talkative when you see them, which is hit or miss.
The car wash is that… a car wash, I believe it is 10 dollars, but I go to a location close by where I get the works for 13 and a free bottle of wiper fluid. They also have a coupl eof dudes (not affiliated I dont think with the station itself) to wipe your car down for tips, which is nice as u sually the car station washes in general leave streaks on the roof and hood.
As you wait to pay (if you are paying inside) there is a tv with the news and a Dunkin Donuts for you DD lovers out there. Their hours are different than most as I think i was there at 8pm and they were closed, I think. This is by my house so I will take pics when I can.

Used to be a Citgo for some time, they offered a discount on the gas if you purchased a car wash. Now as Shell, you get the same deal. The fill up lot was not planned well, there isn’t much space for maneuvering around cars when its packed. The pumps do NOT have signs indicating the prices of the car wash packages nor does the pumps electronic sign offer pricing. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I just chose what I thought would be their lowest package which is usually the first option. I was charged ten dollars! I went inside to get a refund and change to a lower cost and type of wash. The attendant told me that they could not refund credit card transactions and did not know how to issue refunds. Simply the attendant said he doesn’t agree with the management over this issue but could not do anything else for me.
Isn’t that fucking stupid. I’m not asking for a refund of the wash and ultimately creating hassle for you to find out how much I owe you for the gas differential. Now I have to sell that car wash to someone.
