Jacqueline Vitti Frederick is the owner of the Frederick Law Firm with over thirty years of experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters including major personal injury cases involving product liability, automobile accidents, machine accidents, falls, brain injury, wrongful death, burn victims and victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Ms. Frederick also handles a broad spectrum of real estate related matters including boundary disputes, easements, premises liability, water law and land use. She has experience in business, agriculture, fraud, and contract law. Ms. Frederick also offers services as a mediator, arbitrator and judge pro-tem. Jacqueline Vitti Frederick is a Civil Litigation Attorney whose practice has included cases involving complex torts, real estate, business, water law, environmental law, agriculture, fraud, wrongful death, construction defect, product liability, personal injury, employment and contract law. Her office also handles family law, probate and criminal cases.
Ms. Frederick currently chairs the Real Property Law Section of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, is a member of the Board of Governors of the California Women Lawyers Association, a member of the Bench-Bar Coalition, board member of the San Luis Obispo Women Lawyers Association, and a member of the American Inns of Court as vice-chair of the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Board of Directors and authors a weekly public interest column in the Nipomo Adobe Press.
