Meet the Manager

Manager

Nipomo Properties is owned by the wife and husband team of Diane and Richard Malvarose. Both are born and raised on the Central Coast and are actively involved in the community. Diane is a long time Realtor in Nipomo and Richard is recently retired after 24 years in the military.
