Focus Eye Care

Dr. Zeh seemed distracted and also seemed to grab the first explanation he could in diagnosing my problem. I felt like I was bothering him and didn’t feel confident in his diagnosis. Considering that my condition has consistently become worse and worse since I saw him, my intuition was more than likely accurate. Doc needs to take a bit more time with the patient and go over patient history for other causes other than the easiest (for him) explanation. There were zero patients in the waiting room and only a couple of cars parked in front of the building.
Additionally, his staff insisted I pay a specific co-​payment when I said I didn’t think so. To make a long story short, according to my explanation of benefits from Anthem, they owe me money which apparently they are ignoring.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a 1 star! Dr is rude. Now, after staying with them, they are trying to charge me huge fees. I cancelled my sons appointment and they had me bring him in any way because they assured me it would be covered and needed to check up on his eye.
First they billed it wrong, a few months later they rebilled it after sending me bills in the mail. They said they would resend it back with the correct codes… just got a bill from their collection agency.
They don’t care now. After all of this, they say they don’t make mistakes so it must be my insurance that lied to them and I better pay my bill.
WOW. Focus Eye Care just keeps giving! I would suggest another eye care place.
