The Goddard School’s F.L.EX. Learning Program (Fun, Learning Experience) ensures that we meet high standards specific to early learning, development and care. The program is grounded in research on how children learn best: children experience the deepest, most genuine learning when they are having fun. It’s designed to ensure each child becomes confident, joyful and fully prepared in school and in life.
— Helps to develop each child’s emotional, academic, social, creative and physical skills;
— Offers age-appropriate learning opportunities in a safe, nurturing environment for children six weeks to six years;
— Introduces STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) early on to foster a passion for STEAM learning;
— Promotes the development of 21st century skills, including communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking;

Meet the Business Owner
Cathi and Ray F.
Business Owner
Cathi & Ray are the owners of The Goddard School in Noblesville and proud parents of 4 children, ages 32 to 16. Their commitment to the families and children at this school is obvious to all who enter. Cathi is on site every day, and the children love to see her visit their classrooms and exchange hugs!
Their philosophy from the very beginning has been to create a program that meets the wants and goals parents have for their children. Constant growth can be seen as parents get to actively participate in the growth with their opinions, suggestions, and even critiques. Ray and Cathi wanted a program that would meet all their goals for their children, and what has evolved is absolutely wonderful!
Outside the school the Fuller’s are actively involved with The Children’s Bureau, Healthy Families, the Parenting Coalition, Child Safety Steering Committee; volunteer with Special Olympics; and Cathi is a veteran of the Marine Corps and a member of the American Legion!
