The Home Depot

Walked around looking for the mulch I needed for about 15 mins I saw 4 different employees during that time 3 of which veered the other way when I began walking towards them and pretended not to see me. The third I had to yell for him as he turned to walk away from me. I asked him where the mulch I needed would be and he looked it up on the computer and told me that they do have it in stock and it’s somewhere in the 3 mulch isles but he could not walk me to it or even give me a specific isle to look for. He finally refered me to a man named «Jim» and said he would know. I found Jim and before I even got close he asked me what I was looking for. He stopped what he was doing and took me straight to it. He asked me how many bags I needed (10) and said he would load it up for me. Now mind you I am a younger women fully capable of loading 10 bags of mulch and Jim is by no means a younger man but he refused to let me load it. He even walked me to my car and loaded it in the car as well. Being one of the most friendly people I have ever met. I noticed he had a superman symbol on his apron that has a «J» inside instead of a «S». That is perfect for him, he is definitely «SuperJim!» If it weren’t for Jim I probably would have walked out without my mulch and went to Lowes. But now I will definitely return so long as Jim is there. That man needs a promotion or raise or something!!! Way to go Jim!

Came in on May 9^th to purchase more carpenter bee spray. They are completely out of stock. Being an «outdoor» store they should absolutely know this time of the year is the time for that and to stock up on more inventory. But quite the opposite and in my opinion that is pathetic.

Good entry in the Home Depot chain. Very friendly and helpful employees that acknowledge your presence and are quick to ask if you need help.

Best customer service at a big box store in the area. We buy a lot of supplies for our business. Lowes was rude and difficult to deal with. Menards, well, most of the time you have to hunt someone down and when you do, they don’t work in that department. Home Depot indianapolis and Noblesville rock! I always get great customer service, on the phone, in person, or when my guys are there. They’ve got complicated orders straight, and if they don’t, they take care of it. They deliver. Their selection is good, the bathrooms are clean, and the coffee is fine.

I love this place. If I have any question, there is always a professional associate available to help. I use the online order pick up at store feature and the order is always ready at the customer service desk unlike Lowe’s where my orders are never at the front desk.
The store always has useful items on sale or clearance and you can use Lowe’s coupons here to get more savings.
If you found a tool in Home Depot’s website, they list the location of the item too «isle number and location» so you can find it easily at the store without the need t wander around.
