Addy’s Villas combines the top-rated service of family-owned and operated lodging with the charm and relaxing atmosphere of a tropical Florida retreat. The spacious and beautifully manicured grounds of this 2 ½ acre resort facility is just a few minutes from famous Casey Key and Nokomis Beach as well as the Award-winning Oscar Scherer State Park and Historic Spanish Point in Osprey, Florida. Conveniently located between Venice and Sarasota, Addy’s Villas is close to several Gulf Coast beaches, popular attractions, the intracoastal waterway, Legacy Trail, community parks, local shopping, events & entertainment, as well as some of the best restaurants in Florida.

Addy’s Villas’ indoor lodging is newly remodeled, very clean, roomy and features all the amenities of a top-rated extended stay hotel. Our self-catering accommodations are climate controlled with a casual tropical theme. All have a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances (including dishwasher and icemaker), a full bathroom, living/dining room, cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, and two bedrooms with both queen and twin beds, as well as separate closet areas.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated in most of our vacation rentals. Each of the 12 Villas surround a heated pool and shaded picnic area. There are several studio units available as well. Addy’s Villas are guest oriented and pet friendly. Some with a private garage.

Vacation rentals are our only business and we strive to deliver the best customer service.

History

Established in 1972.

Addy’s Villas has been part of the Nokomis community since 1972. Our family purchased Addy’s Villas in May of 2014 and our goal is to continue to offer our guests a friendly, clean and welcoming home away from home. Unlike renting a private house, on site managers, are available if needed.

For the price of a single room, Addy’s Villas offers you a home. We are convenient to everything, yet secluded from the rush. We take pride in our clean villas and spacious, manicured grounds. Our charming property provides quaint and updated villas with open outside areas. Relax by the pool, have a barbeque, or sit out front and enjoy your evening; Addy’s Villas offers simple Florida Charm in a modern world.

The owners, Chuck and Michael, are two of the friendliest guys you will ever meet! The villas are beautiful and extremely clean. Each villa has a full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. The property is well maintained and located just about 1 mile from the most beautiful beach in the area, Casey Key Beach! We can’t wait to stay at addy’s the next time we are in town!

We had a family reunion in Venice and most of our family stayed on the beach, but some of us stayed at addy’a villas. Very clean and well kept! The 2 bedrooms are spacious! The management is very helpful and easy to contact if you need anything! We would definitely stay there again!

An excellent vacation spot. Stayed here for a vacation with my extended family and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The two bedrooms and kitchen facilities in the villas allowed each group enough independence to enjoy their own private space while at the same time allowing us to get together for meals. The management was very accommodating for outdoor family gatherings. The grounds are designed so our activities didn’t bother other guests. Close access to the beaches as well as many day trips in the surrounding areas. The longer you need to stay, the more I can recommend Addy’s Villas.

This place has charm to burn! It looks like an old fashioned motor court and may at one point been one. There are villas of varying sizes from two bedrooms to four. Our friend Debra recommended it and several of us from out of town stayed here, as did she and her family. The largest house is at the back of the property and was shared by four wedding guests, two singles and one couple, so one bedroom went unused. We visited w/one of our friends who stayed there and it was large and attractive, w/a huge kitchen.
Our villa has two bedrooms. Décor centers around the flamingos for which the villa is named. There’s a large cutout of a hand painted flamingo on the wall outside the bathroom. In our bedroom there is bamboo painted on the walls forming a corner between the windows and in the other bedroom there’s a palm tree painted on the wall. The kitchen has been remodeled and the cabinets and appliances are of good quality. The pots and pans are reasonable sizes. The bathroom is pretty small but has been redone and there are grab bars to help you out of the bathtub/shower, which I always like. The toilet is about 4″ lower than I would like, but that seems to be the standard around these parts. The towels are a bit tired but there are plenty of them in the linen closet. The bed is a comfortable height and the bedroom is roomy enough, w/a large closet w/sturdy sliding mirrored doors and lots of hangers. There are fans and lights on separate slider rheostats in both bedrooms and the living room. There is free wifi available, although speed and connectivity can be inconsistent and free laundry facilities as well, although you’ll have to buy your own soap. There’s a fenced swimming pool in the middle of the property and large, fluffy pool towels are provided. Furniture is tropical looking wicker, nice quality, attractive and comfortable. Our stay here has been comfortable and the price per night has been very reasonable. If we had reason to be in this area again we would stay here, w/o question.
