What’s not to like about Subway? Subway has, for a while now, been the healthy fast food choice. But you still need to make healthy choices there, as there are certainly unhealthy choices on the menu. When I’m on a diet, I often reward myself with what I consider the best item on the menu: the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub. Get a 6″ sub on wheat with no cheese, and as many veggies as you want, and it’s still only 370 calories. And it’s delicious! I don’t know if every Subway store does this, but this Subway often has specials and $ 5 foot long subs. I’m lovin’ it!(Oh wait, that’s a different place…)
